My iPhone 8+ was bought from eBay and was already locked to carrier. With my details carrier was not able to unlock the phone. I took chance and made the payment for unlocking through this service. After making payment, I read loads of negative reviews about this service. But somehow, I had hopes.

I used to check order status almost every hour during hour time. There was no change for 3-4 hours. I communicated through support page and response was pretty quick. And finally, it said that unlock has gone through. I never received any email though.

Its just few hours before I unlocked phone by connecting iTunes. I ran a software update as well and its still unlocked.
